Do you operate outside of Texas?

We have a network of fully licensed partners located across the United States ensuring that we are able to assist you regardless of your location.

Are you fully licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed to provide both security, armed security and investigations services in the state of Texas. Our network of partners are fully licensed in their respective states, allowing us nationwide operational capabilities. Our license number is: C30891801.

Executive Protection

Do you provide armored vehicles or drivers?

Yes, we can provide secure transportation upon request. This can be a separate service, or included as part of our integrated executive protection solutions depending on the needs of the client.

Do your Executive Protection services extend overseas?

Yes, we can provide Executive Protection services both domestically and overseas. To discuss coverage in more detail, please contact us directly.

How do you vet your security personnel?

Our security personnel go through a strict vetting process prior to being selected for our Executive Protection assignments. They must meet a number of criteria including prior military or law enforcement experience, must have passed rigorously conducted background checks, and have demonstrated exceptional experience in providing the service to high-profile clients.

Are your services customizable?

Yes, all of our services are fully tailored to fit each individual client’s needs, taking into account individual risk profiles, exposure to threat, and unique vulnerabilities.

Do you handle incidents and reporting?

Yes, we have our own in-house reporting structure, however we are also happy to use a framework provided by the client.

What happens if I need to cancel or modify my service agreement?

If a client wishes to cancel or modify the service agreement, we require sufficient written notice prior to the service agreement end date.

Workplace Violence

How long do you stay on site in the event of a hostile termination or workplace violence situation?

This will depend on a number of factors including the level of threat to the organization, and the policy of the company. Our services could cover anywhere from 24 hours a day across several days before and after the hostile termination, or just the hours of operation. You will be advised as to how much time we expect to require on site during your free consultation with our workplace violence experts.

Is there a limit to the type of situation you will respond to?

No. Our agents are highly trained and exceptionally experienced. We are able to respond to and provide support during any situation no matter how complex or remote.

What is your response time in case of an incident?

Our response time is typically between 4-6 hours depending on the time and location of the incident. You will be provided with a concrete estimate during your consultation.

Do you provide ongoing support and communication?

Yes, we provide ongoing support and communication from the initial consultation and intelligence gathering through to the completion of the project. We are happy to provide ongoing support and communication up to and during court proceedings if/when required.

Yes, all of our methods are standard practice and fully compliant from a legal and regulatory standpoint. Our goal at ROWAN is to reduce liability and risk to our client from all aspects. We only gather intelligence from publicly available sources using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Social Media Intelligence (SOCMINT) capabilities.
